The AC This is possibly the worst room I've ever stayed in and that's saying something, this is not a hotel this is a disco with music playing at loud volume levels almost 24 hours a day if you value your sanity do not stay here.

Location was close to many attractions There was no wife , Tv in the room but it's not working, there is a bar on the rooftop of the building, they didn't mention that , which means no sleep the whole night , water wasn't working at the mornings . Bed sheets were so dirty . No sockets near the bed

The location was very good. You can walk out the door and everything is right there. I stayed 6 nights and the towels and or sheets on the bed were never changed and the bed was never made. I had to ask for water every day. One day I asked for an extra pillow and the desk responded with can you ask tomorrow. Soap scum and or mold in the bathroom and I had to cover the drain on the floor due to the flies emerging from the drain. I was given 2 towels and one of them was so old their was multiple holes in it.

The staff were very sweet, helpful, and professional. While centrally located, it is on THE party street so expect loud music until 4 am. The hotel is VERY difficult to find. I had emailed the hotel to get an exact location but no one responded back. While calling itself Capital O in Booking, under address section in Booking was just the former name of the hotel which apparently is still the name of the hotel -- yes, very confusing. Maybe the hotel changed names in Booking to get away from bad reviews? It took me over an hour walking back and forth Khaosan road to find the hotel. It was such a miserable experience -- I almost cried. Lots of scammers on the street too -- esp the durian lady who made me pay her for picking up a wrapped piece of durian that someone else knocked over. But also lots of incredible ppl who tried to help me find the hotel. The mattress sunk in and the towel is old. The door knob on the bathroom door is broken. The shower is one temperature (cool then lukewarm). Be aware that even though it says cancel for free by a certain date and time, you might not be able to because they may be referring to the local date and time (if that is the case, Booking needs to make that clear). Anyway, I'm no longer there anymore and hopefully can get some sleep finally.

location in centre of Khaosan Road. stay here every time I arrive in Thailand for the first couple of days. It is clean, cheap and cheerful. it is noisy from bar and club music until very late at night so if you want peace and quiet don’t stay there!

nothing they cancelled the booking, didn’t let us know, so we turned up on New Year’s Eve to be turned away

wifi didn’t work at all. there was blood on bed linen. toilet trashcan was full of used toiletpaper.
