Had a nice room with a balcony

Location was amazing right on the khaosan road pool was very nice, rooms are spacious staff was nice, wifi was very good, was pretty clean.. the ac is super strong, you cant hear any noise from the bars and clubs! Very big gym also The rooms feel a little old.. there was no hot water in the shower (we called and they sent a tech to fix it at midnight so was fine) no place to sit in the balcony, the elevator is very slow

Very close to shops, street food, restaurants, and easy to get a grab anywhere. Because it was so close to the street market it was pretty loud in the rooms every night.

Everything Nothing

The ONLY bad thing is that mosquitos manage to get in the room all the time and the mosquito curtain on the bed doesnt really help that much. Other than that its a 10/10

Rooftop pool, location and friendly staff

From the begining to the end all went pretty well. All the staffs were nice, smiling and helpfull. I requested a quiet room compare to the location and the room was exactly like we wanted

Be aware that there is loud noise from the bars/clubs on KhaoSan in the evenings This is not a problem for me which is why I booked with Buddy Lodge again but it is something to consider for light sleepers.

Ideal location and very comfy bed Little bit noisy but it is on Khao San road so what can you expect, only thing to bare in mind if you want to sleep at a normal time

Staff were very friendly and accimodating

Right in the middle of the Khaosan, so great if you like this vibe. Nice pool. There was no hot water in the shower in our room, after several calls to reception the solution was for us to move all our stuff to another room. It was incredibly loud at night from the club operating downstairs with no isolation. Stuff was not helpful and a little rude.

It feels like a quality built place with lots of wood, and a beautiful room! Love the location, close to all the action, and I love that neighborhood in Bangkok The balcony looked right at a wall. It is loud at night.

The staff been great, The pool been nice, The gym was ok for minimal power training. The hotel is at Center of khaosan - lot what to do if you came for khaosan... Under hotel livemusic bar. The sounds from outside isnt something possible to ignore inside the room from 6pm to 4am everyday - a mix of 4-5 bass music from different places in max volume. So yeah. Noisy.

Got a decent gym in the hotel and a nice cozy pool. Mcdonalds, live music bar and more on the lobby floor of the hotel. The rooms is classic style. It pretty cozi i will say. And stuff was nice. I enjoy the vibe so much that i took another 5 nights at that hotel It is cool place if you want to feel khaosan road and its vibe. But, the music from the street been heard inside the room .. and usually the music been strong between 8pm to 4am morning...

The room is nice and close to the market The market is really loudly.

The management was very nice and agreed to refund us for our last 2 nights because we decided to check out after the first night. The bathroom had no supplies (only 1 roll of toilet paper). The balcony that they show in the photos has a view of garbage and a disgusting alley. There was a connecting door to the next room that we could not lock and we were afraid someone would walk through at any time. The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the rooms on both sides. And even though we usually like staying right in the heart of where the fun and nightlife is, this was much too much. The hotel has a nightclub/bar right underneath it with extremely loud bands/live music until 2am. We were on the third floor and felt like we were right on top of the bar. Could not sleep at all. Ended up checking out after only 1 night of our 3 night stay.

The Buddy Lodge was a great surprise. Myself and my partner have been visiting this area for years and we both agreed this hotel was the best by far. The room was cleaned daily, the room decor itself was a beatiful glimpse into teak wood thailand with panelled walls and beautiful furnishings. leading to huge part coverd sun terrrace. The four poster bed was a great touch. The room fascilities were up to date with full working effect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rest of the hotel was great. The roof pool and bar were very clean and well appointed. The amenities like 7 Eleven were all just walking/elevator distance downstairs. A great stay and Thank you Buddy Lodge. Garry & Steve :-)
