Location-wise, the hotel was good. It seems like the hotel was beautiful before but it needs to maintain and repair to bring back the charm. Location-wise, the hotel was good. It needs to renovate the rooms and the lift. The lift is very scary, as it can close anytime, although we pressed the open button. The lights in the room were not working properly, and breakfast was horrible, as it did not meet the hygiene standards. The insects were all over the area and food. We had paid for the breakfast, but look at it—we skipped it.

The hotel was in the perfect area of the city. It was one block away from the BTS station making it ultra convenient to get around Bangkok. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. With a big window and a sliding glass door which led to the balcony letting in plenty of fresh air. If you have a scooter or a car there is plenty of parking available. The hotel was a short walk from the True digital park mall which had numerous restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping. If you wanted local food there is plenty of that in the area too. A laundry mat is a short 5 min walk away with good prices. And there are several 7-11 stores along the way. You can probably find anything you would need in the area. A/C needed some maintenance. Did cool room that quickly. But overall it worked okay.

Good price. good location near train station With restaurant breakfast buffet Very cruel staff .. they dont care about customers . No single smile on their face. ? Dont buy superior rooms.. hotwater shower not working. You have to wait 2 hour until it repair..? I have to fight by words with them to take good room..

The room is ok.But not swimming pool and very hot in nany ambiente of the hotel,because they don t open air everywhere.. Always,when I come here,the breakfast is always for indian people,not really good choice,no omelette,always poor Western buffet,little vegetables buffet,is a budget buffet,for India and arabi people that like that..Terribile coffee as always.

I like the gym, The room is big 27sq.m and clean but you can see some friendly ants, the staff and the hotel help to move every client out of the building when earthquake There was no warm water at night, the air condition has fungi, there were many small technical problems in the room. Dirty on the aisle to the gym and around the hotel.
