A very nice clean hotel. The bed was quite hard but comfortable and I have an excellent sleep actually. The staff were very nice and friendly and they easily accommodated my change in the days that I stayed there. Excellent value for the price.

The young staff members are extremely nice and kind, and they speak good English. The cleaners are wonderful and very kind! The location is excellent, with many options for delicious street food, and it's very close to the BTS station. I also felt safe in the area. The bathroom tubes had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to use the toilet. The walls were very thin, allowing me to hear everything happening in the other rooms. As a result, I struggled to sleep well due to the noise, and it seemed like the guests were checking out early. One night was definitely worse than the other. Additionally, the gym was quite basic.

+ Room has all basic things you need - Guests are invisible to front desk staff. I had luggage and big & small bags in my hands, they didn’t help to open glass doors. Instead, they prefer stare in the air, group chat or busy with their phones. They deliberately avoid making contact with “demanding guests”. - During several days, staff didn’t greet guests morning, afternoon and evening in this “star” hotel. I stopped to say hello, they seemed reluctant to respond, not to mention a smile on face. They welcome money, but not guests. Why don’t they get a different job if tourists annoy them so much? It’s hard to live up “the land of smile” when you get negative attitude towards visitors.

Clean and close to the station Incredibly uncomfortable beds. Literally like sleeping on a table. When we asked the staff to be moved, they couldn't be bothered. We checked out two days in advance despite being non-refundable and the receptionist followed us on the street to ask if we took a hanger with us. Very poor customer experience.

No room service. have to go out to eat. they have a small cafe downstairs with only sandwiches and drinks like coffee and smoothies. carry an iron when staying here. No Iron and laundry service at property.

The staff are polite and helpful, they offer 24/7 counter service so no problem with late check in. The building is relatively new, and the bed was comfortable enough. 1. The air conditioning in the room we stayed at first was not working, the room was hotter than the corridor. After we told the counter, they let us changed the room but it was on the 1st floor, which was noisy in the morning (apparently the soundproofing was very poor so we can hear the staff/cleaning lady talking loudly). 2. We followed the instructions to hang the cleaning tag on the door before 12 (we left around 10am), but came back with the tag still at the same place. They didn’t clean the room at all, but after reflecting they sent the cleaning ladies to the room for a quick cleaning. 3. The room has only one mirror in the bathroom, and the lighting there was not suitable for girls to put the makeup on.

Nice and clean room. The staff was also very friendly. The location is a bit far from the main road.

The staff was very nice and helpful , whenever I meet the reception staff they greet me very politly and in helpful manner. The services were also provided at the hotel was extraordinary and the cleanliness was also kept as there first priority.
