If you want to be in Nana, great location. Better to book in person. Price in person is much cheaper than on booking. No hot water. The shower is lukewarm warm at best.

The staff didn't know English, but they made the best of it always smiling And would go out of their way to meet my needs. No hot pot in rooms for hot drinks. Flat screen t v was totally worthless. Need to go to smart tvs. Room rates are a little overpriced..
