Very basic accomodations, but the price was rock bottom too...so, considering what I paid per night, I have no complaints..

Staff was nice and helpful The room (302) was quite noisy with people talking and moving around most of the night. Lots of small coakraches were seen running around the room, the shower was partially clogged and the mattress very hard, well too hard for me.

Lot's of little cockroaches everywhere in room and bed. Very musty moldy smell in room.

I've stayed a total of several months here over the last five years and its the best value for your money you will find in this area! O at the desk is so helpful and has an incredibly sweet smile!

In the middle of the nightlife area. Right on sex street and very close to Nana Plaza. Reception reeks like they are growing weed in the back room :) Sex workers bring customers and rent the rooms hourly. Make sure you enjoy this type of party when booking there. Bathroom was disgusting, the size of a phonebooth, the room was small and downright nasty with no windows. Heavy smell of mold. Had to sleep with the lights on because of cockroaches crawling on the bed. Phone starts ringing before checkout time to urge you to vacate. Receptionist rudely invaded my privacy asking me to leave, again before 12.

There was used condoms papers and past trash left from the cleaners. Cheap. Get what u pay for

Location and price. If that's what you want, this is perfect. Close to everything in Nana and the BTS. The room is fine; it's got the basics you would expect: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private bathroom, clean and comfortable.
