Our stay at Dusit Thani Bangkok was truly exceptional and one of the best hotel experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel beautifully combines modern luxury with authentic Thai hospitality, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views of the city. The facilities were excellent, the breakfast selection was outstanding, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but the team made everything effortless and enjoyable for our family. Thank you to the entire Dusit Thani Bangkok team for such a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Bangkok.

To be honest, in my past 25 years of hotel stays, i have never ever rated a hotel this high, and i tell you this as a bangkok Guru, this is a must stay, absolutely worth every penny. From the moment you walk in and the great smell of the lobby welcomes you with a cold refreshing fresh coconut water, until the moment you sadly leave, this whole experience is one to cherish and a memory to keep for life! My highest regards to every and each member of their Staff for this exceptional experience, thank you. Nothing, keep up the great service!

It was amazing in all aspects from the first minute I entered the property lobby! Very attentive and helpful staff, super spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a wonderful breakfast spread. Views from the room are great too. Location-wise the hotel is close to Silom area - great too. Lumphini Park is just nearby - good for walking after the sunset or jogging in the morning. Nothing, I was happy with everything!

Everything! So much attention has been made to all the details which made the hotel stand out. The decor was incredible and had such refined taste. The staffs were amazing! The room was sublimed! Nothing.

Location was excellent - design of the building fantastic. The best thought out room design that I have ever stayed in. Everything from area and space to room controls to opening doors between bedroom and bathroom was exceptional. And the window and view above all.

New, clean, beautifully decorated rooms. We slept so well every single night. The rooms are very soundproof, cannot hear neighbors or upstairs. The breakfast buffet is amazing! It’s also so convenient being connected to the department store. Nothing

We like everything about this hotel!

Almost everything. The room was great, common areas were great. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The view from the room was awesome. Given that it is an ultra luxury room I have higher standards. As such, I could see hard to reach places on the main window that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time. Other than that it was very clean.

Great location Fantastic breakfast Wonderfull staff But…. Reception in 38 floor ? If we come from airport long flight we will be tired we prefer quick check in in lower floor not 38 th floor so as check out we will be hurry to go the airport?

The room was absolutely gorgeous. Not cookie cutter decor - we loved the lattice woodwork doors, marble counters, wide bathtub, and coffee bar. The view of the park was spectacular. The staff also surprised us with fresh flowers and cut fruit for our honeymoon, we were delighted. The hotel conducts two room checks - both a refresh and a turndown service. We really liked their attention to detail (slippers and water at bedside, low lights). The breakfast buffet was astonishing, so much variety and quantity. I have a gluten sensitivity, and the head chef was very accommodating. He gave a tour of all the options and identified which were safest for me. However for the options that were not safe, he requested me to let the staff know what I would like, and they would create a modified version - for example, the pepper seafood stirfry contained soy sauce, so they made me some with a different flavor profile. So I was not excluded from the highest quality entrees (octopus, squid, etc). They also had delicious homemade gluten free bread. Super nice gym with a beautiful view and lots of equipment options. Our door was troublesome to close. We had to tug at it so it would “click” shut. After turndown service, we arrived to our door technically still open - our card wasn’t working, and we realized it was because the door was slightly open. We don’t blame the housekeeping because the door was particularly tricky. We stayed on a high floor (floor 33) and in the morning the view was blocked due to smog (obviously not the hotels fault but something to be aware of). You can slightly hear the sky bar music from floor 33 (which is perhaps 4-5 floors down) but it was faint and we happened to have a white noise machine.
