The staff were exceptional and the common areas always clean. The hotel itself is tucked away on a side street and yet right around the corner from a massive mall. I found it to be very convenient.

It's a very clean little guesthouse and the staff are helpful. Location is great. You can pay by credit card, which is helpful. It's budget, so rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean and quiet for sleeping. They let me check in a little early and check out late, which was amazing.

The hotel is modest but comfortable and clean. However, location is excellent and staff is very kind and helpful. 24 h free coffee and snacks, available at the lobby, were very convenient.

Simple and comfortable. Near to BTS and Metro station. Many food around this hotel. Early morning can be quite noisy because my room was by the side of the road.

It is a very neat, well kept and remarcably silent hotel with very friendly staff in a quiet alley near Lu.phini parks busy commercial area. Near to restaurants, beautiful park with amazing monitor lizards and great shopping and communicatiins in the form of mayor public transport lines. Not much. The flatscreen was ancient without HDMI connection and it actually didn't work. But it was such a minor thing for me.

I like the location a lot. It's near the Metro and BTS stations. The room is big enough for 2 people to share. Nothing really.

Location was perfect - close,to,shopping, BTS, and food. The staff was generally polite and welcoming. Where to begin? The room was dated, fridge looked like it had 20 years wear and tear, bed was a bit uncomfortable, bathroom was cramped and small, and NO hot was the entire trip. Maint came and played with it and said sorry. Staff didn’t offer to change room except for the last day after my stay was almost over, kettles and simple things lime spoons are not in room (you have to walk to the lobby and ask…), noise outside window early AM.

Excelent location to visit Bangkok. Very close to the train and metro line to Grand palace, China town and Korea town. Restaurants , shopping mall, street food and local markets close by. Friendly and helpfull staff, we got our room earlier than standard check-in time. The room was cleaned every day.

Only drawback was there was no electrical outlet close to the bed. I had to use the one behind the TV.

Perfect location near public transportation, food markets and shopping mall also the price range is really affordable its perfect for budget travelers like us. The staffs are nice and friendly. We loved the free coffee and biscuits ☺️ Nothing everything was good

Location is very convenient, close to BTS, MRT less than 5 mins walk. Staff is nice , friendly. Many local food shops and restaurants nearby. No local tv channel. Streaming YouTube live is low signal.

We are a family of 4 staying in a trio room on 4th floor. Our room is cozy with wooden floor, a small window looking down a quiet street (with a tree right outside) and a big fridge (a bonus if you travel with kids). Location is great, just a few minutes walking to BTS Salang Daeng station and it's safe to walk from the station to hotel at night. There are many restaurants and shops around the area. Top Market supermarket is in Silom Complex which is right outside the BTS station. The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. They helped us check in early without any fee. Late check out fee is reasonable too. The hotel is in a small lane which grab car/taxi can get into. High recommend this hotel, especially for family.
