I had to stay here because Bangkok Airlines lost my luggage. It was a bigger room then I needed. But, I can't complain about that. It was fundamentally sound with decent beds, shower, air condition, fridge, coffee maker etc. I had to take a bit of a walk (4 min) to find a place with healthy food. They did have a vending machine in the lobby, however.

Floral Shire Hotel Review – Unsafe, Misleading, and Not Suitable for Travelers Do not stay at this hotel. The location feels unsafe as soon as you arrive, and the building is visibly unclean, even at check‑in. The situation became even more concerning once we saw the room: the rooms are located on a sub‑level floor, and the one we were assigned had no lock on the door and no windows. Under those conditions, no one would have been able to sleep safely or comfortably. We had booked one night to catch an early morning flight, but we felt so unsafe that we left within minutes of checking in after finding availability at another hotel. The hotel also advertises an airport shuttle (airport ↔ hotel), but this is false. They only inform you after payment that the shuttle is not actually available. This is misleading and creates unnecessary stress for travelers who rely on accurate transportation information. It was also clear that the staff is accustomed to guests leaving immediately, which says a lot about the overall experience and suggests this is not an isolated issue. The combination of safety concerns, unclean facilities, sub‑level rooms without proper security, and misleading shuttle advertising makes this hotel one to avoid entirely.

Super close to the airport and awesome price! Included a great breakfast delivered to our room. Had an exterior deck. Booked this for our arrival as we arrived late. Staff were super nice and helpful!

The hotel is close to the airport and there is food within 10-15 mins. There is a shuttle available for a reasonable fee. The building is older and could use some tender loving care but this room rate reflects that.
