Liked that it was easy to find. The lady at the front desk was over-top curt, short-fused and bitter...very unaccompadating.

Was on a transit, so spent just a night. Very friendly staff and helpful - but that's Thailand for you, good spread on the breakfast, timely shuttle pick up and drop. Free and reliable wifi, as I didn't want to pick up a sim card for a 12 hr layover. Given it's within a mile of the airport, flights 24/7 are a thing.. Nothing the hotel can do anything about, if one choses to book close by. The bed however are rock hard! Early check-in for a fee even you're an hour early.

Location The property has false pictures on their website. There is no slides at the pool. This should be audited by third party websites. And we had kids which were charged for the shuttle to the airport. Will NEVER stay here again. Buyer BEWARE!

The price and location seemed ok on the website When I arrived for booking and saw the property, the building and the room I just decided that I couldn't spend my last night in Thailand at this old, dirty and depressing hotel. Even the pool is located basically on the side of the road. Sorry but I couldn't do it. Even just for one night. It's not even that close to the airport.

Shuttle service was not included as advertised, and we couldn’t find the shuttle at the airport. No answer when we tried to call. We also couldn’t shuttle back to the airport because the shuttle was full. This was all frustrating because proximity to the airport and the shuttle were the primary reasons we booked this hotel.

Property had elevator and bed was hard but comfortable enough to get a good sleep. Everything in the room was working properly and staff was very helpful

After our flight was delayed We just called the hotel and the bus was sent back to pick us up.

I asked for a quiet room pool view we were given the entrance road of the hotel. Many cars at night and early morning.

People talking loud until very late. I was on the first floor close to the reception and you heard the staff talking loudly very late.

Clean room, but pretty small. Loved having the massage service right there, but it's a letdown that the restaurant is closed for lunch. The service was honestly a letdown, especially the receptionist, who wasn't welcoming at all when we checked in. To make matters worse, there was no one to help with our bags when we were checking out. When we asked for assistance, the receptionist just said she was the only one on duty and too busy to help. We ended up having to lug all our luggage down by ourselves.
