The location, staff, and food were excellent! The comfort of the bed was above and beyond my expectations, especially given the price. The staff was genuine and friendly. Always eager to help. The "pool" is not a pool. It was, in its earlier days, a jacuzzi for a large group (perhaps as many as 10 or 12 friendly people). However, it has not seen any real upkeep in some time ... now it is merely a pool of water. With that being said, it is still refreshing in the Bangkok heat.

The bedroom is quite big, modern and comfy. The breakfast is sinple bit different option (2.kind of cereals, few dishes, eggs,...). Very convenient location with Mrt and also airport link.

The location next to the metro was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Good value, adequate space. Was a little hard to find, surrounding property was a little sketchy, AC was plenty strong but we couldn’t seem to get it cool enough without being too cold - seemed to only have one setting! Beds were quite hard, but manageable with extra pillows and typical of other beds we’ve slept in while in Thailand.

Location is the only reason to stay here. Extremely accessible to the airport. Otherwise, not great. Smelled and old. Hard bed. Smelled.

Proximity to airport Airlink is a plus but it’s tucked away in an alley that’s hard to find and Google Maps doesn’t have it right. See above

Close to Metro and also Airport Line. Housekeeping is very good, Stuff is extremely friendly. Restaurant is at the hotel. Location is not the best but next door is metro and is fairly close to Center.

It was near the station to get to the airport, as a bonus it was only a short walk over the bridge to some nice restaurants No balcony to smoke on

The location made it very easy to move around the city; fairly central, close to metro and shopping, twenty minutes from airport. The room gave us enough space to move around easily. Clean. No hidden charges.

The hotel is good, wonderful staff. Cleaning was top. There is a metro station outside of hotel Typical thai breakfast was good but.... I would prefer more european One.

Good location for hotel transfer on BTS. MRT also adjacent. Basic dated hotel room. No problems but not exciting. I slept fine. Staff were friendly. Rooms could use a little love. Maybe for the price it's fine.

Location was nice for what we wanted to see and do while in Bangkok It was a bit dirty. There was hair all over the floor and rubbish left behind.

The hotel location was really convenient to those who are transiting for a night in Bangkok , especially with the ARL just nearby and along with the metro station too. Decent morning buffet breakfast. Aircon was inconsistent.

near airport rail station makkasan station only 3 min walk, infront of hotel is the MRT to many area hotel staff very attentaive , request for morning call ,i cant wake up by the phone ring ,he come up to my room & ring the door bell that loud enough to wake me up ha ha

The location is probably the best trait of FX Hotel Metrolink Makkasan. It's next door to the metro and the airport railway link, giving immediate connection to many points of interest in the city. Moreover, despite being next to a very busy road, the hotel is located in a secondary road that is very quite. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I had a flight very early next morning, and they prepared a breakfast box for me at 5 AM. The rooms and beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is clean and very functional. That I couldn't stay longer to enjoy the full breakfast at the hotel.
