I truly enjoyed my stay. I didn’t dislike anything, but if I had to mention one thing, I was expecting a small balcony. However, everything else exceeded my expectations. From the security team at the entrance to the reception and all the staff, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The atmosphere was amazing and made my stay very comfortable. As someone who also works in hospitality, I really appreciate the excellent service. Thank you all for making my stay such a wonderful experience! I truly enjoyed my stay. I didn’t dislike anything, but I was expecting a small balcony. However, everything else exceeded my expectations, and I had a wonderful experience.

Beware: You cannot really reach the Hotel on foot. You need to make use of the shuttle service provided by the Hotel or use Grab !

The bed was super comfortable, shower was great. All of us who went definitely mentioned the bed at one point during our 3-night stay. They have a nice pool and gym level with the bar where you can just enjoy for the whole day with unblocked view. The staff were all really friendly as well, and always ready to accomodate. Hotel buffet was priced relatively well. There is no place you can walk to from the hotel, unfortunately it sits right in between two train station so you will have to walk at least 15 mins to the station. To get anywhere you will have to relay on grab. Would be nice to have a better local spread of breakfast too, I think there was only local soup noodle in the buffet.

For certain room categories, nice happy hour menu and drinks on the 10th floor. Restaurant is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well maintained. Location really socks! Not much they can do about it, but you really can't get anywhere without transportation. Taxi takes a long time to come. Nothing easily walkable including basic 711.

Nice 4* room with hot shower… Bad location…cannot walk outside hotel and there are no restaurants or shops nearby, only a railway line…the hotel provided a shuttle service that we waited 35 minutes for pickup…and their shuttle does not go the Makkasan Airport Link which is only 300 meters away. There were only 3 people in hotel restaurant for dinner but we had to wait 10 minutes for both meals…not impressed with service and not up to Mercure standards!

Comfortable soft bed and good shower. Nice terrace with pool overlooking the city. Smoking area doesn’t have a place to sit, it’s just a corner. Dinner price/quality out of balance. Wifi barely worked.

- facility: the room is clean and big enough. The pool is also great and sanitary (I didn’t use the pool, so I don’t review it). - location: if you you Grab, you can easily access to major spots. But it is sort of hard to go to anywhere like convenient stores and stations on foot (the station is 15min away on foot, but the road is not well paved so better use Grab)

Clean and efficient hotel close to a main railway station but a little bit off the beaten track. Nice facilities. Food was ok but breakfast was a little bit basic. I thought the breakfasts could have had better quality of food, and a better selection but it was ok, just not too inspring to make me look forward to breakfast.
