The room is clean but the water heater is not working sometimes. The lobby offers a van rental. The driver who drove us brought us somewhere we didn’t plan. And is forcing us to ride the floating market even if we said we dont want it. Driver shouted at us

*Hotel is near from markets, so 1st time travelers won’t have any problem to buy things that are needed. *Staffs are excellent! Receptionists are very accommodating, luggage porter are very assistive and room managers refills everytimg every single day Maybe it need a little update on room facilities such as aircon and toilet room

Price Location Size of room = big Breakfast very very minimal Low pressure shower Book a van for airport transfer on departure; the receptionist mixed everything up : she understood that it was for a night flight.

The location was fantastic. Close to all the eateries and massages. The water pressure for the basin in the room was very low. Bed is too hard.

Only the location as it was convenient No hot water in the shower. Even after multiple complaints they didn’t fix it. The breakfast was hilarious, no spread at all. Even the omelette was 1/2 an egg

Very good location — it’s in Pratunam where there are a lot of food stalls and restaurants, and a night market, it’s about 5min walk to the Airport Link Ratchaprarop Station, about 10min walk to the stops for bus going to the malls (CentralwOrld, Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery), stops for bus going to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun.

Location was near to the to shopping and shops and nearby Indian restaurants. Room was spacious Hot water was not available in the bath room
