I chose Nana Hiso Hotel mainly for its excellent location — it’s very close to Bumrungrad Hospital, which was extremely convenient for my visit. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. ? The hotel had an unpleasant smell throughout the building, especially in the room. ? I was given only one keycard for the room, which is quite inconvenient compared to most hotels that provide two. ? The bed sheets had stains, and the air conditioning unit was very old. The remote control wasn’t working, making it difficult to adjust the temperature. ? The bathroom was not clean — the sink, toilet, and tub all needed deep cleaning and sanitizing. The showerhead was rusty and outdated, clearly in need of replacement. ? I requested housekeeping to clean the room and change the bed linens, but they arrived with old and smelly cleaning tools, including a mop with a strong odor. It was so unpleasant that I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies and cleaning the room myself. This is not the level of service I expected, especially for a hotel in such a prime location. With some serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality services, this hotel could be much better. But for now, I would not recommend it.

Very specious room and dining table for dine as well as this property location was very good. They don’t provide and hand wash and toothbrush-toothpaste.

The property is decent, the staff is okay, and the location is great. However, the room only comes with one key, and the door locks automatically, which is quite inconvenient. I understand that the hotel wants to save costs, but at this price point, please consider providing additional keys. There was no hair dryer, which was disappointing, and I also had issues with mosquito bites—please take measures to manage them. My room was fine, but the other room I booked had poor lighting; it was dim and only had harsh white light.
