هناك موظفة أنثى لا ترد التحية ولا تبتسم في وجه الزوار وهذا سبب لي إحراجا أمام المتواجدين في اللوبي ، أتمنى من إدارة الفندق تنبيهها لهذا الأمر فهذا الأمر برتوكول متعارف عليه في جميع الفنادق ، ففي الأخير نحن ضيوف ونستحق الترحاب والاحترام

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا خلف مستشفى بمرونجراد وقريب من شارع العرب ولكن العوائل قد تحتاج سيارة للوصول لشارع العرب هادئ جدا بعيد عن إزعاج شارع العرب الإفطار جيد لمن يحب الطعام التايلندي موظفو الإستقبال لطيفون وهناك أخ مسلم حارس أمن محترم جدا من المفترض إضافة مشروب ساخن مثل الكوفي إلى الإفطار ، فمن غير المعقول إفطار من غير مشروب !!

I love that it is very close to an international hospital and I also love the structure of the building. I think it is very tight and efficient and I also love how affordable the price is. Just the fact that there is no item suggest a toothbrush in the room, but it’s all right because the price is very fair and everything was OK

The location is great as it is right next to Bumrungrad hospital. The hotel is quite new and well maintained. The staff are so nice and helpful. They are even extra accommodating as I have sensitive airways. Some of the guests smoke cigarettes on the front patio area, but otherwise, everything else was great!

Sometimes the traffic in the area gets quite congested, however if you plan well in advance for taxis, it is doable.

FX Nana is a modern and well appointed local hotel. It’s kind of tucked into an odd alley but it seems to be a safe area. Customer service was excellent. The bed was a bit firm for my taste but it seemed to be the same as all the other Thai hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast is a boxed meal that is OK but definitely falls far short of the phenomenal local cuisine.

It is a new and very clean hotel. It is also very close to Bumrungrad grad hospital. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very, very near Bumrungrad Hospital. Less than 5 minutes walk The staff could be just a bit nicer like most people in Bangkok. The room lighting was very, very dim.
