الحسنة الوحيدة هي الموظفة نان إنسانة محترمة وحاولت تساعد بما تستطيع وكذلك موقعه في قلب شارع العرب نصيحة ابتعد نهائيا عن السكن في هذا الفندق … رائحة تعج بالمجاري من الحمامات ، وكذلك إزعاج من جهة المطاعم طول الليل والجهة الأخرى إزعاج الشارع الرئيسي.. تركته وذهبت لفندق آخر رغم دفعي حجزا عن طريق بوكنق مدته أسبوع .. الصور مغايرة تماما للواقع

Air conditioner in the room upon check-in was not working, but the staff quickly switched rooms. AC in new room worked but condemnation was dripping on the floor. Again staff quickly addressed issue.

Best location, room space, bed comfort, great staffs, great cafe and check-in experience The toiletries were inadequate, could not figure out the room locker

Very clean, staffs are nice good value of money, location is very good right beside the Nana Plaza Noise from the streets but it was not hard to sleep, no near 7/11

Stayed here 3 times over 20 years. Same bed linen same pain on walls same everthing. Needs a huge update. Noisy from road and gaps under room doors. Very dated bathrooms and old furnishings. Possible mould on walls or damp. Water stains on ceilings. You get what you pay for but better places for the money. Friendly staff but owners need to invest more.

the place is in the center of city on shukumvit soi 3 which gives easy access to shops mosque and multiple restaurants the place has its price hiked so much perhaps due to being April but its almost equal to 3 star places neaby would have been good to keep the price hike on a limit due to the hotels condition

Location, everything around you no need taxi.you. many restaurants,such as Thi,Arab,Western foods. BTS very near. I appreciate the lady helpful staff on reception (NUENG) for a kind deal with guests.
