Not very close to anything. Have to taxi to any places of interest, not much within walking distance. Was given a different style room to one actually booked, booked a room with a double a bun beds and was given a connecting room instead.

we selected bc of the location (close to the red airport line), for that it was perfect. breakfast is really good. the pool and the gym are well equipped. Professional staff. Great view to Bangkok. a good renovation in and out would be needed. you cannot open the window.

The price because it’s very cheap if compared with the room that you get (junior suite room) 48sqm. about 40EUR per night Oh so many things especially hotel’s elevator it’s taking forever!!

We booked a junior suite which was a good size and accommodated our family of four comfortably however there was no sofa bed as indicated when booked, just a small sofa. It was extremely disappointing to book a room with a sofa bed and then not have a sofa bed nor an additional bed provided. Our daughter slept on the sofa and we were only provided a couple of duvets/ quilts without covers and which were badly stained. In addition they tried to charge us for the bedding! It all felt a little dated.

Location is near Chinatown The staffs - from the receptionists to chamber all Knew too little English - very difficult to communicate. Working and service attitude is very poor.

Nothing Photos as advertised is way different, everything is old. Also booked 2 rooms as we are travelling as family, however, rooms they gave us are in different floors. Requested if we can move to the same floor, but says no available. Also, location is far from the center so you'll have to book a cab (average cost is 350 bhat each trip which I think is still reasonable.) But if you're booking a big cab to fit 5-6 people, average waiting time for a big cab to accept is 20-30 mins so if you're in a rush, you'll end up booking 2 cabs and will cost an average of 600 bhat per trip.
