We really like our stay here. It was a good area close to the BTS Skytrain and our room was clean. We were surprised that they cleaned everyday and it was such a nice surprise after a long day exploring Bangkok. The staff were also friendly and helpful and the breakfast had good options. We would stay here again.

I spent the last weekend in Bangkok and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Sathorn Bangkok for 4 days and 3 nights in a Standard Queen Room with breakfast included. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in the heart of the city. Pros: 1. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk from Chong Nonsi BTS Station, making it very convenient to get around Bangkok. 2. The hotel was clean and well maintained, while the front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. 3. The room was compact, which suited my preference perfectly. It was clean and comfortable, with a good bed, soft pillows, and pleasant lighting that created a relaxing atmosphere. 4. The soundproofing was impressive, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay despite being in a busy area of the city. Cons: The water pressure for both the shower and wash basin could be improved. In addition, it was somewhat difficult to adjust the basin's hot water to a comfortable temperature. Despite the minor issue with the water pressure, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, comfort, and attentive staff made for a wonderful experience. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

room, location, breakfast were exceptional. can use the microwave in the lobby, staff were very helpful, allowed to check in early if request and theyre able to accommodate. you can store luggage with them but they dont have luggage room so you will be leaving your luggage in the lobby and accessible to random people. not great for security reasons

Weird location on narrow almost side street, and I really would have liked a bathtub and not just a shower.

The location is good, but finding the front entrance is a bit confusing at first (it’s facing an alley); however, after a few try, we’ve had no problem at all; the hotel staff is always helpful, and the room was very comfortable N/A

Very well located and clean and well mannered and helpful staff The breakfast was from 7-10 am for those who like to wake up late after 10 am will not have a chance at the buffet

Nothing really. We were charged for a half board and upon disclosure (which should've been upon booking about Halal food) niether we were refunded our cost for breakfast and dinner, nor we were given halal food. Horrible to say the least! Least cooperative behavior especially when the hotel has realised that we've paid for meals but can't have them (being halal only requirement), we should've been given the cost of meals refunded. It didn't happen and even upon our request, it was rejected.
