Low budget friendly and a great location Nothing

Cockroach, dirty bed, bed bugs, spiders, and etc the place is lack of cleanness and maintenance 2/10 doesn’t worthy but the hotel was easy to adjust even with non refundable which I give that credit to them when u complain about the room they switch it as you wish but the problem is all of them have roaches and clean with first presentation but all over cockroach will walk all over your bed, table, toilet and all over!!!! 0

It is near station and nearby malls

I had an issue with one of the rooms. It was noisy from a basement club in the same building, and more... It was nearly impossible to sleep. However, I am very pleased with how the hotel handled it. The staff was very polite and apologetic. They upgraded my room to one in a different building. I am not saying that the hotel guarantees upgrades, but when checking in, be sure to request a room in the same building as the lobby and reception. It is much quieter and hospitable. Once in my new room, I could say that the beds were comfy, and the experience very quiet and pleasant. Refer above

was disappointed that the swimming pool is not located in the same building, which makes it inconvenient to access. This information was not clearly stated on Booking.com, and I believe the property description should be more accurate and transparent about its facilities. The room looks spacious in the photos, but the terrace and window view areas were quite dirty. Overall, the property feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel. The positive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were all kind, friendly, and helpful, and I appreciate their support during my visit.

Centrally located older hotel with large, clean room and nice staff. Olympic size, roof-top swimming pool (best feature of the hotel). Near everything - street food, cafes, spas, public transports (MTR, BTR, Skytrain, buses), walking distance to Lumpini Park and the new Dusit Thani Sky Garden. The wifi at the hotel is very very very poor - spotty, slow and often disconnect. Impossible to work or stream or even load a site. Skip the breakfast - not worth the price. Lots of food options nearby including tons of food vendors and coffee shops. Keep your keycard safe - will be charged 300BHT for lost key. (expect a cash deposit at check-in - not a big deal)

Good value, but the pool issue is a deal breaker. The hotel was fine, but walking across the street to access the pool in another building is a misunderstanding. The hotel has NO pool on the premises. You can't just walk out of your room and take a dip.

I am a returning guest at TRINITY Silom as it is for me the best hotel for what i'm looking for. Comfortable room, great value, and great location. Off main road, the hotel is not polluted with traffic noise. Don't forget to hang a do not disturb singn, housekeeping might knock and insist when you are having a lazy morning. Depending on the location of your room in the hotel, you might have air con machines being a little noisy.

Convenience to train, rooms were larger than expected, some twin rooms could have fit 3 people with couch type bed in some rooms. One room had cockroach type bugs, many alive, dead, eggs , etc in area between mattress and bed frame. One member of our group in that bed suffered many bites on legs. With some reluctance another room was found. No offerings were made to make up for the guest’s troubles / such as meal vouchers/ or some funds back for cost of room the two nights with the bugs till we tracked down where the bug bites were coming from, no further apologies or reaching out to our group were made about this at all. We would like the hotel pool open later in evening to make use of it , at least 10 pm.

Couldn’t fault it. Superb location, great facilities (used the gym and pool). Initially booked 5 nights, extended a further 8.

There was a heavy smoke smell throughout the property. Even if you are not a smoker, your clothes may end up smelling like smoke.

It was old, used and could be better maintained

All stuff very friendly. Any time ready to help you. Cleaning every day. For this price it’s a good place for 2-3 nights. This building needs to replace. But this global problem of Bangkok.

Location I was very disappointed with my stay. While the hotel is in a very good location, the service is extremely poor. The staff is not friendly at all and lacks any sense of hospitality. The breakfast was a major letdown—easily the worst I have ever experienced. To make matters worse, when I couldn't find my breakfast coupon, the staff was very rigid. They forced me to return to my room to look for it and told me I wouldn't be allowed to eat otherwise. A simple check of my room number in their system should have been enough. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Lighting in the bathroom is poor.
