Everything was simply great, and we have no complaints. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the BTS Nana and Phloen Chit stations, making it very convenient to get around. The food at the property was excellent, with plenty of tasty options. Our room was simple but very spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Close to the wild life of Nana without being in it. Hotel staff extremely friendly and personable. The room (Superior) was modern and well appointed. Don't expect a view from any room as it is only 6 levels. My room was on the top level with the pool which does get a pleasant view. Breakfasts were marvelous and I always got there early indulged my appetite for an hour or more while planning my day. Nothing I can think of. For the price point, it was more than I could ask for.

The staffs of the hotel are helping The rooms are clean Sometimes there's a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and sometimes when I don't use the air conditioning, the place has a strong odor.

Enjoyed the small rooftop....most of all it was in a good location. It was really close to the train and subway station. Walking distance within the larger malls (with a little patience). I would stay again with no doubt! It just seemed a little dated

Can not comment on breakfast as l don't have breakfast. The staff were exceptional. I liked the location as well as l learnt to use the BTS which was a great way to get around.

The staff were super helpful and nice. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, the hot stuff was actually hot and not just lukewarm. The view from the roof pool was amazing, especially at sunset. The room refrigerator was extremely small and already mostly full of drinks to purchase. I would have preferred either a larger fridge or fewer items stocked. The TV stations were grainy for the most part, with only a couple being clear.

Room, clean, location Smokers out by the pool interfering with the air quality of non Smokers like myself. So smelly when Smokers enjoy their addiction in common areas effecting the air of non Smokers like myself. I have to leave these common areas due to smokers!
