We stayed there for a week and we had a great time. I like the social kitchen concept which was a first for us. My daughter enjoyed the pool even if it was a bit small. I appreciate the unlimited bottled water considering BKK’s weather.

The room is so tiny and does not even have enough space to put my two luggage.

Loved the room we stayed most especially the bidet in the restroom and the hot/cold water shower. Staff were all polite. Breakfast was perfect to get you going for the day. The light on the counter next to the tv on the wall was too bright and blinding. We kept it off the whole time.

that one staff that checked our room before check out. He's looking for a pair of slippers that was "missing", he called the front desk and are asking us to pay 250baht if not found. We went back to our room and found the slippers just under the bed where he is standing at. We found it in less than a minute. He should have looked further instead of being so stressed out and lowkey shouting at us.

Great and super friendly Staff. The hotel is located near the train tracks, but right on a major highway. It is extremely noisy there. The building shakes when trucks drive by! No joke! The surroundings are absolutely not nice, dirty, and super loud. Not a good area in Bangkok. Everything was extremely dark there. Absolutely not suitable for HSP people!

Bed is so comfortable, i sleep so well. Staffs are polite and helpful. They also provided simple self service breakfast and instant noodles. Location is good, next to the airport link. 4 minutes.to Marko supermarket by walk, 15-20 minutes to Central world by walk, and on the way there are some other shopping mall. Swimming pool is too small, can't even swim.

I loved our stay at Hotel Ordinary Bangkok. I booked two rooms for my family and had a great time - the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love how convenient the location of the hotel is. Rooms are very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Bangkok.

Close to all the good places like night market, the Train station, it’s just so convenient when you. An just walk 6-10 minutes and you are at the market already Susie (which we were told is the supervisor has no Customer service skills. Our niece were not feeling well, dizzy one night we got back. My sister ask Susie if she could get us a towel and maybe ice pack and she said “go get the towel in your room”, dismissed my sister and didn’t even bother to see if my niece was okay. She was rude. She started talking to another staff with her language. As a supervisor, she should have at least came out from the desk, approached my niece and ask what can she do to help. But none of that happened. What a shame because I could have put a 10 as my score. She ruined that.
