Bonsai Hotel Bangkok

The hotel is nice. The location is near tourist spots and train station. There is an ongoing construction in front of the hotel and we experienced declined transportion booking due to heavy traffic. I know this is beyond what the hotel can give but just a heads up for travellers

Bed was comfortable, and the size of the room was sufficient for a couple. The air purifier in the room had an unpleasant smell which stayed even when we tried to use our own scent in the room. The room didn't feel very well maintained too - the floors were cracked. The room walls were thin, and our neighbours were slamming the door repeatedly and talking loudly outside.

It's a bit noisy so I needed earplugs to sleep.

Modern, beautiful, really nice people, clean, confortable bed. The location next to the 7/11 and the metro. just to be picky, the pillows are really not the best, they’re really big and hard. There was some construction in front of the hotel but we didn’t hear anything from our room

The pillows and bed are so comfortable and I do love love this so much. The hotel environment is comfy and homey with a lovely colour. I stayed there during the construction is going on so the walk way to entrance wasn’t that easy to find

I love it!! It's so pretty! It was very near to 7e and the train station. This hotel has a bidet/hose pipe. We were assigned to the fourth floor and there was a lift to go upstairs. Super recommended!! -

Good location and friendly staff Stain on bed sheets. Can hear next door neighbour. Poor sound insulation.

Clean and new Noisy Traffic as it is by the road side

Location is decent We can clearly hear the vehicle noise from outside the room, not only day time, we can hear the ‘deet deet’ sound from outside in the middle of the night. During morning 6/7am can even hear people sneezing, walking, alarm ringing and closing the door very super clearly

Great location just steps from airport train station, also close to lots of eateries. My room was comfortable and everything worked. Free water, coke and snacks too! Staff were very pleasant. No natural light, as the view out the window was blocked by the building facade (on the other hand, the facade blocked noise from the nearby elevated highway, and the room was nice and quiet). 1000 baht cash deposit (which I didn’t know about before arriving) was an annoyance.

Our actual room wasn't available at the same time we needed it so we booked this extra room just to rest and it was good! It was clean and still very spacious.

It's our first time in Bangkok and we don't really know how to go about. Usually we use all the public transportation because it's somehow better in a different country than our own. The hotel is near the train station. Transportation was easy, you can also book a grab infront of the hotel. There are also several bus stations in different directions, depending on where you'll go. The train station near the hotel is also a direct line from and to the airport which was very convenient. If you like walking, the good shops are also walkable if you don't want to be stuck in traffic. It's also next to a 7 11 so coffee and snacks are always accessible but the hotel also has complimentary snacks and coffee from 6am - 2pm. The staff was very accommodating. We always bring take home food in case we don't finish our meals and the staff would heat your food for you if you want. I have a hard time adjusting to new environments but the rooms were very cozy and clean so I got some good sleep. The hotel also has a 24 hr check in, which is helpful when you have red eye tickets. They were very accommodating. We booked a room a day in advance from our arrival so that we can rest comfortably. They handled the transition of rooms also very efficiently and quickly. There was construction noise but that wasn't the hotel's fault. It was sound proofed enough even though the noise was infront of the hotel. There was really no view from our room other than the bathroom window. I guess we wanted a view or a bit of sunlight but it was fine. We really just rested and it was very cozy. It will make you go outside to the lobby because you can also just hang out there. Lots of seats and sockets if you wanted to work.
