We are frequent guests and find the staff to be most friendly and welcoming.. The hotel i s our number 1 choice. The TV has problems getting English Channels but a technician always tries to solve the issue.

TV was a little small for the size of the room. Bedroom TV didn't work but living room TV was working fine.

Good location so walkable to the party street and the metro in the other direction. All the windows are screwed shut so the first suite had a really bad moldy odor. After a half hour my eye were hurting and my nose was running. I was able to get a regular room at the front desk no problem. This also had the windows screwed shut so I could not hang my linen or Marino wool clothes out to dry. Both are excellent fabrics for hot humid weather.

It definitely wasn’t that clean, it was dated, the elevator was extremely small. Not a 4 Star nor 3 Star

Great location! Staff was very helpful and accommodating especially AAA. Large and clean rooms.

The location is excellent. You can get around to things fairly easily by walking. The staff were outstanding. They are courteous and polite. The place is not well kept. It is in need of serious repairs to be charged as if it was an elegant haberdashery. There's no swimming pool, ice cost 60 baht (for ice!!).

The hotel is located on a quiet street, yet near to almost anything you need in Bangkok. Furniture is not new. Shower room walls are covered with wallpaper, due to old walls, I assume.

Room size and amenities with separate living and sleeping areas, a shower and jacuzzi bath, kitchen and washing machine. Truly an apartment type hotel room. On occasions the front desk staff came across as threatening but I put this down to language issues.

Location is great Breakfast is good Rooms are a decent size Water pressure terrible. Hand held slowly turns itself off every 30 seconds or so. Wifi disconnects every time you leave the room and forces you to sign in again when you return. Lobby is the same. Very very annoying. Very stingy with towels, pillows, hangers. Impossible to get extra towel to place in slippery shower.
