Everything The fact that they close breakfast at 10:30. Would be nicer if they do it at 11.

My room was cancelled despite notice, paid twice

Everything was perfectly done. The staff were very good. Very clean rooms and comfortable.

I like the view from my room and especially the Jacuzzi. Accessible to many places and BRT. I was charged for a towel that had my mascara on it. I thought towels were meant to get dirty.

Only gave us 2 bath towels for 3 people. Asked for more twice, but didn't receive them. Finally asked one of the housekeepers directly and she provided one.

The only thing that would make the experience even better is if the hotel had an on-site spa or massage facility. While massage services are available by appointment, having a dedicated spa on the property would be a great added convenience for guests.

Superb location, great breakfast with a superb variety. The breakfast service was of a great standard, well done by the service team, especially Khun Jah, who did a great job and has superb finesse in delivering great service. As a Hotel GM myself, I find it not easy to meet my expectations, but at Samala they delivered as expected. Will return for sure. Plus the location offers a quiet night of sleep, away from the traffic.

Rooms are comfortable with nice marble finishing The first night as we got into the restaurant to have dinner the waitress was not very accommodating initially, she said that food could take up to 1 hour although restaurant was now crowded, the waiter that served us was great and polite which made the first incident not huge, breakfast is very standard, items are cold and limited options, pool was small but service great.

Samala is quite centrally located.It is close to the party hub of Bangkok. We were there for a night so chose to stay closer. Everything is easily accessible including public transport, convenient stores, great bars and restaurants. The staff is polite and helpful and he rooms were really clean.

During our six-day stay, the croissants were never fresh, and the breakfast selection was almost identical every day. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They were definitely the highlight of our stay. We stayed at this hotel in Bangkok and rented three rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was mixed. One of the rooms was in poor condition: the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ceiling had visible stains, and we had to request a room change. After moving to another room, we discovered water leaking from the ceiling during the night. In my own room, there was a very unpleasant smell. I decided not to ask for another room because I had already unpacked all my
