This is a family-run place in a great location. I found the rooms to be cozy and charming. The restaurant downstairs was always full, it is between two skytrain stations and within walking distance of so many other places. There is nothing wrong with this accommodation if you consider the price. It is the best value in the city.

Location is great, that is the only thing this hotel got going for it. I lived in Thailand for many years and had to stay here few days because renovation at my condo, there are much better hotels around Ekkamai for the same price. Do yourself a favor and find those instead, Studio Ekkamai was same price in my time frame and that hotel is heaps better. This place haven't been renovated or at least brushed up on in ages. The hot water was almost so hot in my unit that you cannot shower and I adjusted it to lowest possible. The bed was rock hard. There was still cigarette butts on the balcony, staff clearly not cleaning well. And on the topic of cleaning, I spilled some drink on the small desk in the room, when I wiped it the entire paper turned black. I think they don't even bother to clean this place properly anymore. They will also ask you for a 500 baht deposit outside of your booking cost here, its honestly like a joke to me considering how run down the unit was. Stayed later at another hotel down the road for same price but better, and no deposit. Have no plans on ever going back here.

Location wise it's slightly away from the main hub but very near to Ekkamai bts and bus station. There were no plug points near the bed. Only one was available with less proximity to the bed side. The toilet flooring was uneven and the water was getting clogged here and there. No kettle or tea tray available.

The location is great. Next to the Eastern bus terminal and Ekkamai BTS. 7-11 is opposite and so is Major cinema mall. Staff are helpful. Ok

Good location and close to the shopping mall. There is restaurant downstairs. Only provide 1 towel 1 pillow Fee for extra.. A/C is old and i need to clean the A/C filter by myself to make it better..
