Wonderful visit - thank you!

Good staff, very friendly, everyone smiles and does their best. Nice lobby and rooms and the amenities are nice. Well located, reasonably priced. I’ll come back. Second time to Bangkok. Last time I paid significantly more in another hotel that was considerably less impressive. Nice breakfast, impressive pool. Gym is also nice! Most hotels have small gyms. The pictures don’t lie. Free parking; can walk to wherever you want.

The staff were really good. I have to give a special mention to Mida at the front desk for helping us out a lot when we arrived as my partner was very unwell. I also did not get the name of the security guard who was around in the evening but he was also very helpful too. Laundry was also relatively cheap and the facilities were clean. The hotel is also very close to Thonglor BTS so travelling into Siam was relatively quick. Unfortunately screen mirroring did not work and there are no options to use airplay/ chromecast which was a negative, especially as my partner was unwell and bed bound. There was also a very strange smoke smell coming from the bathroom, requiring us to use the fan a lot, which was odd as it is a non smoking hotel and we were on the 30th floor. There was also some very minor issues such as the kettle not working initially but it was promptly seen to

Room and hotel is very clean Wifi is working perfectly Breakfast is ok , it could be much better compared other Ascotts and international chain hotels. Otherwise it was an OK breakfast.

best hotel in Bangkok Actually I don’t know what to say, basically I will come back again for sure. I would like to thank all the staff, for everything.

Everything was great, the staff was super nice, the room was clean, the facilities well maintained, felt completely at home over my stay there. Something about it was very high class while also not trying too hard. The fact I had to leave so soon.

The gym could have more equipment. Maybe an additional bench, a bar for squats, bench press etc. Casting to the tv didn't always work.

This modern and elegant hotel in Bangkok was the perfect mix of hustle and bustle city culture with a relaxing feel.

Clean and modern Front desk staff inexperienced

This hotel was amazing from the start. The lobby is really nice and they greet you by taking your bags and welcome you with a free juice. The room was super clean with an amazing view and less than a 5 minute walk from two amazing and popular rooftop bars the Octave and Tichuca. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the BTS Thong Lo station which makes it easier to get around. The temples and chinatown are all about an hour away on the BTS but it’s not as bad as it sounds as Bangkok is just really spread out. If you want a clean luxurious hotel within short distance of very cool rooftop bars then this is the place for you. There is also a 7-11 and many restaurants, coffee shops, massage places, and some street food very close. I would definitely stay here again! Not being able to charge drinks by the pool to the room was unexpected for such a nice hotel but not a big deal.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location. Room was superb, spacious and clean. Great breakfast. Check in staff were unpleasant, probably from overload of work but still, they are at the front, they should be more welcoming.
