Great quiet stay in Bangkok. Quiet residential location close to sukhumvit and lots of restaurants/shops nearby. The AC is very loud. I could hear it even with earplugs. I'm a light sleeper so it was a bit annoying.

Maneeya was a special experience. I visited with my mom and it will be remembered as the highlight of our stay in Bangkok. The rooms made us feel like royalty and we did not want to leave. Look forward to recommended it to others! Since I was with my mom the location was tough it is was not very close to public transport - this caused us to have to use the taxi a lot so spent much higher budget than planned.

Nowhere else in the world have we been welcomed so warmly. David is an Amazing host with a beautiful villa. The rooms are Comfortable, and go above what you’d expect of any 4 star hotel. His housekeeping staff are warm and helpful. This stay has all the amenities of home with the luxury feel of a reaort stay. We booked our stay during a busy holiday week, otherwise we would have booked it longer. Kitchen is well equipped, showers are amazing, beds comfortable and location is perfect. With a quick grab ride, you can be in the heart of Sukhumvit in minutes, and easy highway access lets you get to further locations without having to worry about the Metro Traffic. I will definitely be staying here again when I need a break from home. Thank you so much David! ? N/A
