The staff were extremely helpful. We stayed in BKK for 5 nights, before our trip to Istanbul and back to Greece. We had to pack our luggage, do some laundry , last shoppings etc. They also upgraded us and allow us to have late check out. The place is ideal!! Room was spacious with balcony and comfy bed. In addition, they had to send me something urgent via courier and the girls at the reception collect the folder safely for me. Thank you Golden Pearl

The 2 bedroom suite is really great. Huge area and very clean and cozy. We stayed in 8th floor. It was amazing room? They let us checked in 2.30 instead of 1-2pm check in. But not that long to wait a bit fine. Swimming pool area is at the rooftop of other building but lift isn’t working. We have to use stairs to the last floor same height of 8th floor ?. Last thing is, the next morning we went to go swimming I ask again for the key of the swimming pool area. She can’t find the key. Then we thought it’s open. So we went up to the rooftop but the door is locked ?. I need to went down again just to get the pool key. Then I wait a bit long. They should know everything about what’s happening. They should have duplicate of the key. Sorry, but it’s not that easy to go up then go down, then go up again to the rooftop.

Quiet location. Very inexpensive (although you get what you pay for). Several decent places to eat nearby. Easy access/medium walk to the sky train which helps make Bangkok more accessible. Safe never worked and was never replaced despite staff saying it would be. Hot water was iffy at best. No bedside lighting. No electrical outlets anywhere near the bed.

Air conditioning was great. The rating for breakfast on booking.com was good, but there was no breakfast.

Convenient location, with secure parking. The staff are good and they know me from previous visits, so checking in was extremely easy. Nice gym and pool for those who like those facilities. Some very good restaurants a short walk away. I wish the beds were softer. There's plenty of room for improvement with the TV channels on offer, which might be important if ever you have to stay in your room during the day/evening.
