The location was conveniently located and not far from the BTS station at Kaset. It is close to the main road, but not noisy. Many amenities were located nearby: pharmacies, 7-Eleven, and coffee shops. Breakfast was an extra charge. The laundry was a bit expensive.

They were very accommodating with the room request. We were a late check-in and able to find snack/drinks at the 7-Eleven. Staff is very friendly.

The cleaning staff knock the door even before 8 AM so sleeping in is not an option. Also the bathroom floor is very slippy and tricky. I fell in any case. Then there is the breakfast. This is simply not oriented to European customers. It is for sure excellent for more Asian food oriented customers. And this is my general idea. I came before in 1999, long ago of course, but the hotel is completely changed and less oriented to a Western customer. The hotel is ook relatively far from the center and there is not a lot around as restaurants for example. Thai yes, but Western not.

Everything was nice! Location is good, place is very clean and nice with good facilities. The room was clean and large. The only thing I didn’t like is the bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Overall great I have mentioned that I will be traveling with my wife my son, but they still charge separately for his breakfast to my son, don't take me wrong, breakfast was amazing, my son loved it, it would be better if that is mentioned earlier on booking

The hotel is ideally situated for my meetings at the Royal Foret department Due to a communication problem among the staff we we charged twice for the same meal..We were uncomfortable of being accused for something that clearly was not our problem

First, I really like my room. the room is large with a bar, dining table, sofa.. in one room which is separate from the bed room. I really enjoy the sofa in the living room where I can sit and work. The decoration in the room is also nice. Second, the add-on facility is also a plus. The hotel has swimming pool and sauna, however, due to my tight schedule, I could not try these facilities. Nevertheless, I heard from the other guests that the swimming pool is very nice. Third, the breakfast is amazing with a wide range of food from both western and Thai style. On Saturday morning, they even have rice noddle. Last, the hotel is located near by the sky train line which you can reach easily to famous places in Bangkok! Nothing at all!

I liked that the property was very clean and strategic. The staff were very kind and had room service every day. Nothing. I highly recommend the property.

Near BTS station, a swimming pool, spacious room equipped with a huge smart TV. The staff was kind enough to give me to a newly renovated room. Too far from the city center, rotten gym. The room stank of paint—I think there was an ongoing renovation. The staff wouldn't lend me a kitchen knife for cutting fruit so I had to buy one at the convenience store.
