Very Clean, good staff, accommodating, friendly. accessible locations.

The room was very big and comfortable with a huge bathroom and good AC. Close to malls, 7-eleven, and a (very good rate) money exchange stall in the plaza beside 7-eleven. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room has a mini fridge which was a big plus for me, also has a locker and cups. Overall, a veryyyyyy nice, clean and comfortable experience!

Convenient location, easy to call Grab/Bolt motorbike and cars—drivers could also easily find the hotel. Best staff ever!! Everyone at reception was super friendly and helpful, and they will be one of the things I miss the most about my time in Thailand.

Good bathroom and clean. Walking distance to night market It was very loud late at night and early in the morning. The walls are very thin. WiFi in the corner room barely worked.

Clean, good location, good wifi, good staff (front desk, cleaning , repair ) and owner (except one female staff) As female traveller, privacy is extremely important for me. The incident of one staff pulling my room door open without my consent has ruined my experience at this hotel. Especially since I was repeatedly telling her “Wait a minute. I am coming” . I didn’t feel safe. If I was travelling alone, I would have left the hotel immediately. I can overlook the flickering lights, no indoor slippers or old door locks. But not respecting my privacy is something I cannot accept.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to key attractions and transportation. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated how spacious they were. Overall, a great value for the comfort and convenience offered. I would definitely stay here again. none.

Decently quiet. Good value if you have a group of 2-6 (they have a six-person room). - Grab taxis take long time to get there. Need to go past security to enter, then get validation - Dead cockroach on stairs - Poor A/C in room, poor at sucking away humidity - Low quality rooftop, highly hot and humid with no AC - Front desk staff has poor English, needed to use Google Translate - Staff promised they'd help cancel second night, but I never received a refund
