The staff are so nice! They really consider our requests. Room is decent and with free coffee and water everyday. Kapun kha!

10-15 min walk to Big C and Central World Bugs in the room. Don’t eat in the room Because ants will come out of nowhere. Kettle was rusty. Very basic room

What I really liked was the staff—they were very kind and helpful, which made my stay comfortable since I was traveling alone. The area also has many food stalls nearby, as well as convenient services such as money exchange and laundry. Large shopping malls are within walking distance. There are a few things that need improvement. The elevator is slow, so some patience is required. Also, the room does not provide slippers.

Not for from 7 eleven dan small restos On 2nd night when we stay there there were three person approached us and followed us, they said they are from Dubai and after sometime asked us to show our country notes after that we walked faster, something was not right.

Sounds from outside enter the room; there is no soundproofing.

The place was very nice. Price was reasonable. Location is also good as there are food stalls, restaurants, money changer and convenience stores nearby. It was walking distance from the malls so it was easy to go back and forth. Staff were all nice, friendly and very accommodating. Place was quiet. Overall, the place was great. It's not really "not like" but more of a suggestion, it would be good for them if they can go the extra - ensure that everything is really spotless from the rooms, under the bed and bathroom. Would also be good to provide hand soap so we can wash our hands when we get in from outside or after using the toilet.

The staff were all very helpful. Pad was amazing with our son and he lit up each time she paid attention to him. This place is honestly a dumpster fire and I don’t say this lightly. The lobby toilets constantly were disguising. Our room had a broken tv upon arrival but they did replace it right away. The WiFi did t work upon arrival either. And the phone was broken and disconnected from the wall. 2 days later when we finally got them to come fix it we saw the guy take the wires and use a lighter on them. The phone worked but the cord had to be held I. The wall to make a call. We had a top floor room on 7 so you had to take the elevator to 6 and go up stairs to 7. When it rains it’s super loud being on the top floor (not the hotels fault of course). WiFi was constantly down. The housekeeping would sometimes clean properly and sometimes forget things. I could go on and on but I feel like dumpster fire is pretty clear.

There’s a lot of cockroaches. We don’t feel safe to sleep there.

This feels like an old hotel that’s a bit poorly maintained. The location is quite strategic, so it was okay for a short stay

The single beds were good. The location was good near many shopping malls and food joint In the booking we had free taxi from airport which didn't materialize The booking indicated breakfast but the hotel has none

very good location. all major shopping malls are nearby. very clean bathroom and toilet, large room. cleaning every day. very friendly staff. The building is very strong, it was there during the earthquake, not a single crack appeared. personally, in my case, this is the seventh floor, and the elevator goes to the sixth floor. but it's a small thing that didn't spoil the rest.
