The location is at the heart of pratunam, really near the market and shopping area, the staff are friendly and accommodating, breakfast is good! ? Elevator closes too fast ?

Walking distance to many big malls, restaurants, and spas. The room is really clean. A kettle, tea, and coffee are provided in the room, which is a big plus for me. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The buffet breakfast is simple but absolutely fresh and tasty. The staff are very kind and attentive. If I ever come back to Bangkok, this would definitely be my choice again No special view, it was totally fine for us though. The place is located in the center, which is very convenient to get around by foot, but can be a challenge if getting car taxi/grab due to such heavy traffic

Location is good, rooms are enough for a trip where you would use a hotel to just leave your things and spend the night. Breakfast was simple that you need to order in advance but sufficient. They don't provide some basic things like toothbrush, hairbrush and razor. I understand that this is a budget hotel but I think they could've had it.

The property is always clean and it smells so good. It is near 7 eleven and there are a lot of places to eat good food around the area. The bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. There’s also a small lift if you don’t want to use the stairs. The staff are very accommodating and really helpful. They even helped us bring our luggage to our room during check-in. And it is so thoughtful of them to give us a refreshing welcome drink upon check-in and did the same with a drink and a dessert upon check-out. It was really a pleasant stay at Metz Pratunam. It is a bit far from the train station but still good since most of the things we need are within reach. It’s easy to book a grab ride in the area. The wifi connection is not that stable.

It was very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room did not have a table and a chair, I felt uncomfortable as I had some work I had to do with my laptop for working inside the room was not very comfortable.
