The location is good if you want to be near the street night market . The sheets were clean. The whole building was rickity and didn't feel fire safe...the lift was dodgy so advice to get to the 4 th floor was go to the 5 th and walk down. The air-conditioning unit clanked and croaked and spewed out smelly air...the room smelled musty . The air conditioning unit was dirty. The shower area was poorly sealed and finished so appearing dirty

This is our second stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by the improvement in service. There were now staff to help with our luggage, so we didn’t have to carry it ourselves. The reception service was as warm and welcoming as ever — truly excellent. Slow and small elevator

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it was just as amazing as the previous visits. The staff are always friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. I really appreciate the consistent quality of service every time I come. They will help you with any concern you have! Great service! They transferred us to a different room when there was a problem, and we were greatly compensated thru a bigger room. I'm super thankful! They offer free cleaning if wanted and new towels ? will definitely recommend this hotel, it is walking distance to malls and markets and night markets and restaurants, the the huuuge amount of massage spas.

The reception staff and housekeeping were very friendly. They went out of their way to assist us by running to the main road to get a ride for us. We will definitely come back. The elevator is very small and slow

The Location is good, and the room is clean and comfortable. The elevator quit small, can fit only 4 persons.

The suite was spacious. The rooftop terrace looked nice. The A/C was powerful during the two short hours I stayed there. I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite at Theme Boutique Hotel, only to discover upon arrival that it actually had just one real bathroom. I brought this up with the staff, and he insisted that since the shower and toilet were separated by a divider, it somehow counted as two bathrooms. Absolutely ridiculous! In the end I had to scramble to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, which ended up costing me significantly more. The hotel rejected my request for a full refund, even though it's clearly false advertising. Booking.com offered a meager 10–15% compensation over the phone, but that has yet to materialize. On my credit card company’s advice, I formally requested a full cancellation in writing after I left the property, but was left on read by both the hotel and Booking.com. This entire situation has been a frustrating nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property at all costs.

Location - Did not clean our room or take our garbage the whole time we were there - Photos are misleading as there is no access to the rooftop or pool table (it was in a guest room) - Some mold in the bathroom - Got a lower grade room than we paid for when we arrived
