The rooms because you get a suite of : living area, bedroom, bathroom and small balcony, are a little old but nice, clean and large with comfortable beds. It’s at the quiet end of soi 4 and you get no noise at night if you close the widows.Next to a large parc it’s a pleasant location for downtown Bangkok. Nothing to complain about really, it could be newer but not at the reasonable rates they charge. It’s age gives a little extra charm and they even have a swimming pool and small fitness gym.

No complaints because I knew what to expect.

The hotel is very close to Benjakitti park but around 1km or so from Nana plaza. This is like a service apartment with a small hall, bedroom and a balcony. The room was decent and relatively spacious. The AC could be improved but other than that I dont have much complaints.

Nothing really Did not look the same as picture the power cut off 2 times once while I was in shower it was pitch black I had to feel my way around to get out of it the water turned cold

The location was good , right beside Benkitiki Park The air con in the room was noisy , and the bed was placed too close to the air con and got too cold really quickly . So my sleep was constantly interupted. The air con was an old model and really should be replaced with a more modern quieter model.

Great hotle , awesome pool , close too everything you need but still relaxed place . I had a room overlooking the park which was great . I will return

Room was large, and good location, easy to get taxi or grab Room was not too clean, and they don't clean your room if you stay more than 2 days (3 days in my case), and they didn't clean the room

Nothing. Hotel booked through Booking.com was far below advertised standards. Poor hygiene, strong unpleasant smells in lifts and common areas, poorly maintained facilities, and unresponsive staff. Requesting investigation and compensation or refund.

Location, room size, staff. Toilets, small bath rooms, bad smell all over inside the hotel from the sewerage near the hotel, dark interiors.....

Despite being located in a very busy street the hotel is a peace oasis not at all affected by everything happening around. The rooms are cleaned daily and the room was equipped with a kettle as well as complimentary coffee. the staff was great, very helpful and humble in their approach. It was just what was needed
