Hotel is in a good location and they provide shuttle to and from the main areas. They even gave us adapters to charge our phones. Staffs were nice and friendly. Room was nice but walls and AC were a bit dirty. But they cleaned them after we requested them. Need to have more options for breakfast

The location is top-notch, walking distance to the Siam Malls and many restos and massage places nearby too. Nothing much. In one of the nights we stayed there was just a noisy neighbor/guest who kept banging his door open and shut in the middle of the night. It could be heard from our room. But other than this, all good!

Location and buggy service is great. Pillow is too soft for my liking and the door is not very sound-proof, so expect to be disturbed by any noise coming from the door.

I book 6 rooms at Nap Hotel. The room is big for Pratunam hotel standard. The breakfast is English breakfast. Dont expect rice. Service from receptionist and carts driver are super nice. Would love to book again. Thankyou.

The hotel went the extra mile to change our room as I am sensitive to diffuser smell. They were also quick to provide me the iron board which i requested for. This hotel is located only minutes walk away from Platinum mall and Pratunam market and massage places! I love it!

Room clean and very confortable. From my pont of view, it is not close to malls, train and night market.

The hotel provide shuttle for us. 1. the air-conditioning have problems, very noisy and drip over the night. 2. when we informed the staff about the air-conditioning problem, the start to blame us and say it's our fault to make this happened. 3. i'm not sure there's correct or not, i'm staying this hotel with another two friends and i hv booked a deluxe double room, the staff ask me to pay another 300thb/day for extra charges even i didn't request any additional bed or other bedroom utilities. 4. the room is too dark 5. the location is too far, and the price abit pricey compared with other hotel.

2)Nap hotel provide international plugs 1) The room is too dark and there are not enough lights. 2) The toilet have an unpleasant smell. 3) The bed is uncomfortable. I feel itchy when I fall asleep. 4) Aircon problem, the aircon will drip over the night. 5) The room is not soundproof

Location. The 24 hours buggy on stand by was a definite plus. Lightings must be improved. Room a little dark.

Due to the hotel is 200m to 300m from the main. There is tutuk service to send us to main road. 1. The aircond need to change or service, making loud noise. 2. Windows soundproof need to improve, can hear clearly birds and tutuk noises. 3. Door soundproof also need to improve, can hear clearly outside activities. 4. Have hanger near bath to hang towel.
