Good location, short walk to the river, and Khao San Road. I would absolutely stay again! Nothing!

Close to street markets and attractions. The property was fine, no problems. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Honestly for this price and looking at the booking photos, i was expecting much more. Furnite was worn, everything is working and useful but some have decades on it. Bathroom facilites again very old stuff, and it comes with a moldy corner. So much comparable price hotels are present around, i dont think this place shines alongside them. For a few more money a lot of options all around. And much of them dont come with very narrow street enterance at the deep corner of the block.

The location is quite nice. It is quiet and also it is 10-15 min to Khaosan Road by walk. The staff is very friendly. You have to tell the staff that you want your room to be cleaned every single day. They don’t clean it unless you tell them. Maybe it is a positive thing for some people, but not for me.

1. Location is GREAT: 7 mint to the ferry so you can visit all the touristy places in 10-15 mints by ferry, also close to Khaosan road 2. Very quiet street & the hotel has an excellent big garden with tables & chair + cafe with good brekkie + laundry service 3. Room is modern, spacious, well equipment ( fridge, hair dryer, very strong AC) + excellent wifi + hot water in the shower

Very kind and helpful staff at reception. Welcomed with smile and left with smiles. Highly appeaciated. Room was super cleaned and the various amenities provided was very convenient, such as kettle, cups, hair dryer. Bedsheets and pillow very good quality. Shower was also great and works fantastic. AC works very well. A major flaw is the room is it is unfortunately not soundproof. If you have noisy neighbors you can hear them asif they were in your room!.This is very problematic in case you are an early sleeper and deserve a good rest. Improvement would be replace mattress with a much comfortable one. Definitely not a fan of TV there in the rooms, would be terrible if your neighbor switch it on, again because of the soundproof issue.

14 min walk to khosan Rd 5 min to restaurants. Clean quiet rooms up a side street.little coffee shop on site. Nothing to dislike everything was as expected.

Staff I got bed bug bites in the first night i was staying here, then it turned into a bacterial infection, i needed to spend my holiday in a hospital.

The property was okay. Not the best but not the worst. Few things we liked with my parents: location, breakfast options, laundry service and the mattress. The staff: not professional at all, communication was really poor with them, they don’t even wear a uniform, they even work with sandals and jeans. The bedroom: no side tables at all so it’s not convenient, the air con is poorly placed where the distribution of the air is not even in the room. Bathroom: the were no hand towels and in the shower there was not place to put our personal stuff.

It's very well designed and very quiet Way from main streets. Nice garden and rooftop. Staff are friendly, location is good if u want to be near Khaosan and away from Sukhumvit They should add bedside lamps and bedside tables. Price coild be a bit lower really, maybe 25% less

I liked the room set up, the outside was nice as well and it was quiet where it’s located This was not an ideal location, it was not near any metro stop (closest being 1.5 miles away) even the closet 7-11 was a 15 minute walk!! You have to take a grab to get anywhere that was really frustrating but the grabs are inexpensive ($1-$3 a trip)
