I always stay here as it's my favourite area along the river and the accommodation fits my budget.

I've stayed here before and despite the rather basic rooms, it's always great to be in such a good location. The bed was comfortable, not too hard, and everything worked well. Nice people on reception, but don't expect a full on tourism service. Fantastic roof top bar and restaurant. Bad lighting.

good location for easy access to everything just walk away. the curtains are not blocking enough light so can be difficult to sleep in early hours, but the owner is made aware and going to fix this issue

I always stay here when in Bangkok, my favourite area and I enjoy the accommodation.

Loved the location. Old Bangkok, and more and more pop up quirky bars, cafes, tea houses, restaurants around. Very large spacious room. Very comfy beds, Cleaned daily. Love the roof top bar and fantastic views of Bangkok. Taxis find it really hard to find and in fact cannot reach the hotel as it is in a tiny lane. The staff were averagely friendly but out of the 4 that I spoke to, none of them spoke English very well. Not meant to be a criticism as I don't speak Thai, but it meant none of them were able to help with questions about the area and local transport - or anything else for that matter. Both my bathroom and shower had a leak which meant that there was constantly a pool of water in both of them, and in the bathroom it was slimy and so slippery where the water had obviously been for a long time.

I've stayed here a number of times and although the rooms are quite basic in terms of decoration, they have everything one needs with a fridge and kettle. Choose one of the higher up rooms with a balcony and fantastic view over the river. The restaurant on the roof is a wonderful spot, with friendly staff and good food. One of the best roiftop bars in the area. Awful water pressure in the shower.

The neighbourhood is super oldskool, vintage, stylish and hip. A lot of cool spots to discover if you are this kind of a traveler. The hotel is very old, the view is nice. needs renovation, or you stay budget.
