Breakfast was good, a little expensive.And the app I book reservations through. Doesn’t offer to add breakfast. When I checked in , I requested slippers and extra pillows. Aren’t front desk. Never received the extra pillows. Also the far left elevator was not working properly on a few occasions.

breakfast was delicious though choices were limit. Room and bed size were very large. Good view of Chao Phraya River. adequate fitness facility. however, the room floor tile looked too old-fashioned, and the room walls are full of stained, should be considered for renovation. hotel entrance from car park and parking area are inconvenience, sign indicating instruction and direction is confusing.

Wonderful staff, lots of room with fantastic views. Comfortable bed, kitchenette with large refrigerator, dining table, love seat and desk. Location was easily accessible for taxis and ride services, but far from public transportation.

The staff were nice, respectful and supportive. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine, cooking utensils and the dining table was very small for a family of 5.

Very pleasant hotel, large rooms with OK views of the Chao Phraya. Unfortunately it took a few minutes for the staff to find my booking upon arrival which is uncommon compared to my stays at other hotels in Bangkok and around Thailand, the in room fixtures were in need of some maintenance with one of the bed side lamps not functioning also the shower head seemingly fused to a single setting with limescale I also noticed several plastic bags and mask left in draws and cupboards seemingly from the previous residents of the room suggesting that while the daily cleaning is definitely sufficient the cleaning procedure between guests may leave something to be desired

Spacious and clean room with a good view. Bed not as comfy as the other places we stayed but was fine. Not a lot happening in the vicinity, a bit industrial but good travel links. Staff pleasant and friendly

The astonishing River and city views. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an interesting part of the city. The one minor drawback is that it takes a bit more time to visit the major sights. However with Grab this was still cheap and easy to do.

I liked the refrigerator and freezer in the room. The hotel is also close to a 7-Eleven. I enjoyed the river view from my room and also the size of my room. Have to grab everywhere. I stayed here because it was close to the conference venue. I wouldn't stay here if I were visiting as a tourist.

the hotel is part of a couple of business towers, so there are a couple of restaurants and stores near by overall, everything was off, the bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom was not clean, the safe didn't work, the internet was out, the location is very far. i could keep going on, basically, I don't recommend this place
