The facilities including the dinning experience. Also the location connects to shopping mall and metro perfect for moving around. Being on Sukhumvit road gives an added advantage Nothing actually but overall improvement would help as it appears to be an old property

I like this hotel so much, and I stayed in it many times before .. I like the staff so much .. The pool and spa are both great Nothing

The staff is so welcoming and nice. They always have a small attention for you. They noticed that my wife was reading a lot and they ler for us some bookmarks in our room with a adorable note. The breakfast is fantastic. Everything is above expectations in this hôtel. Nothing.

Everything was excellent 5 stars. Location is prime. Close to many many things to do and see. Terminal 21 shopping center right next to hotel. The BTS and subway are both accessible with a direct raised platform that connects to hotel. Highly convenient for access to rest of city and immune to crazy traffic on surface streets. Soi Cowboy one block away and close to major park.

I loved the location of the pool, it was very pretty and the music underwater was so calming and all the trees and leaves around it were beautiful. The location of the hotel was great as well, lots of malls and stalls and night markets all nicely lit up. Good food range as well but not amazing for vegatarian. The food.
