I am very disappointed with this stay. Although the hotel has some excellent staff—especially in room service, the lobby, and some members of the reception team—my experience during this visit was unacceptable. My first-night check-in experience was one of the worst I have ever had. The customer service I received deserves a zero rating. I had booked five rooms, yet I was given only one key card for each room, which was very inconvenient. As a highest-level Booking.com Genius member, I asked if there was any breakfast offer or benefit available, but I was offered nothing. I was also asked to pay for an extra bed for every night, despite having communicated this request in advance and being assured that it would be provided free of charge. To make matters worse, my card payment was declined three times because of the payment machine. I eventually had to suggest that the receptionist change the machine, and only then did the payment go through. Poor customer service can ruin an otherwise pleasant hotel. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the property, and this will be my last stay here.

Had a package delivered prior to my arrival and asked to bring to my room. After check-in...front desk called me back and said it wasn't delivered... verified delivery and went myself after asking the front desk again front desk assured me it wasn't delivered. Took me about 2 minutes at the concierge downstairs to find it and take to my room. After that I was Leary about what else attention to detail is not paid to.

Hotel is perfectly located for the Asok - BTS / Sukhumvit MRT line - virtually two minutes walking way and adjacent to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The room was spacious clean and tidy, and house cleaning staff always helpful, perhaps some upgrade in furnishings / bathrooms would make it more modern! The beds and linens were also lovely to get a great nights sleep. Breakfast was great a good and varied selection and all staff were accommodating and helpful, the hotel also had a new Turkish Manager who went out of his way to ensure we had a great breakfast! when we asked the tours operator desk about local trains to Ayutthaya she said she didn't know and started to promote their own tours which is not what we wanted! - anyway we took our our train and much more interesting than sitting on a bus or van LOL! and as mentioned some upgrades to furnishing would be a fresh help especially the bathroom areas...

Liked the bathtub, was not too high, manageable getting in and out. Location was great, near the train stations, both MRT and skytrain. Breakfast was good, though it could do with a bit more variety. Service was very good. Well-maintained and very clean. The concierge team was very helpful in getting a cab for me each morning and even negotiated good rates for me when the cab drivers refuse to use the meters. The chambermaids cleaning the rooms could have been more consistent. They sometimes forget to take away empty water bottles and/or replace them. There should be a Do Not Disturb button at the door, it only has the Clean Room button. Worries me a bit if they think there wasn't anyone in the room when I'm in.

Everything was okay, I wish there was more options in the late night menu though. I didn’t like having to pay for room service on the spot. This has never happened during any of my previous stays at a five-star hotel.

location is excellent ,breakfast was very nice although i dont have membership number but i have stayed in this hotel now for more many years almost twice a year i have never been offered any upgrade by the hotel
