Property is really clean and the facilities are nice. Beds were comfy, nice amenities available, and rooftop/common room are great.

The receptionist is super-friendly and approachable. There's also a common space where you can eat, work and pack. The room isn't that big so you may use the common space for repacking your luggage. The bed is also a bit big than my expectation. It won't feel stuffy. There's only one plug and a small light inside. We struggled to find the place as the roads are under construction. It could be better if there's a bigger and readable signage.

Host was too friendly and accommodating to the guests. She made us feel like family/friends within my short stay. Prime spot to meet like-minded people. So far nothing maybe improve on the laundry time like self-service so anyone can just pay in coin tokens.

1. The maintenance cleans the property everyday. 2. Air-conditioning is strong enough to keep you cool after exposure to extreme heat outside. 3. The mattress is soft and firm that it will let you rest comfortably. 4. The staff are approachable. They take the initiative to offer help even if we don’t ask for one. 5. The location is along the national highway. It is near the MTR. It is also easy to book a taxi/grab in the area. It is also near shopping malls. Many food stalls in the vicinity as well. 1. It has no elevator. It is a bit tiring going up and hauling stuff up to the fifth floor. 2. We can’t bring our shoes/slippers inside our room. We have to leave it downstairs. 3. They have a routine room check every afternoon even when we are not around.

Great location, good service. No free towel you have to pay 20 bath and also nowhere to hang in dorm room Shower and toilet are really dirty and smell bad. I don’t think it should be acceptable as other hostel managed to keep them clean. Sinks are really awful. Moreover, at woman floor there are still some man enter “woman” bathroom. I won’t recommend if you’re woman to stay.

The staffs at the hostel are very friendly and nice. Location is also very convenient. Need to get update their cleaning and hygiene. Found so much small cockroaches inside my room and bed. And hairs. Also the toilet are not bad but the shower rooms has smell.

Clean room. No lift, not friendly staff, misleading profile, charges bath towels (for their price towels should be included), staff schedule is ridiculous, they will charge whatever they want to charge to you. Ridiculous.

Location was great just right to Ratchatewi BTS. And it’s also near to Phaya Thai Airport Train , Siam Area , Pratunam area about 10-15mins walk on those areas. Also 2 711 near the hostel and local food stall. Staff were friendly too Water refill is available Free simple breakfast There are few things: - though they clean it daily but i notice there was a smell in the toilet like a urine smell. During my 5 days stay i notice the smell didn’t go away even cleaning it on a daily basis. So maybe i suggest to place some air freashener in the toilet. - Bed was comfortable except for the pillow it’s a high for me. So on my first had a headache and shoulder the next day. So the following night i use my neck pillow to sleep. They also have small pillow but unfortunately it’s not that clean. Also notice that my bedsheet has a red stain and some dust so i am unsure if it’s really clean. - Maybe they can provide sleepers to use for guest. (Which other hostel that i stayed they do provide) Because it’s very un easy to walk around esp in the toilet without sleeper. So if you will stay here bring your own disposable sleeper us they don’t allow a rubber type of sleeper. - It’s nice also if they can provide hooks and hanger inside the bed cubicle so we can hang our towels and clothes. - be minded that small locker only is provided luggage can’t fit in. And bring your lock too.
