Everything! Especially they gave me the room on the 5th floor with dangerous stairs and no lift! The room has to be at least one person put the key card on otherwise the air con will not be working, you know those stairs made sweat as a pig and you enter the room with no air con on and it took at least 20 mins to cool the room down. The price with low because all of this is not good at all. Just close to BTS that’s it

good location with the best price. It’s locate near BTS station and very cheap compared to others in same area. limited number of toilet and bathroom (only one per 8 beds) but I never been waited to use it. No escalator, so you can exercise by climb up to fifth floor. There are no one when I was there for check-in (I went there around 2PM) so I decided to go shopping and went back latr.

The staff kept the hostel in tip top conditions. My go to hostel for Bangkok. Especially since I learned how to use the public buses. It’s much better than the BTS and Metro.

The need for a key card to turn on the light and plug point. Can't leave powerbank charging while you're taking a bath (for example) because you need the key card to go back in the room. USB port beside the plug point not working anymore (too loose already).

We arrived very late at night but had no trouble checking in via the partner hostel nearby. Great location, great price, comfortable beds, serviceable shared bathroom, and good privacy in the hostel beds -- each comes with a big locker (provide your own lock) and has its own light and curtain. We opted out of the free breakfast because we saw some bugs in the kitchen, but the hostel room itself was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

I love how despite its compact size, the hostel never felt crowded. I'd say the location is the best highlight of this accommodation, only a few steps away from the Ratchathewi BTS station. There are plenty of food vendors around as well and of course, 7/11, one on each corner of this complex. The staff is friendly and accommodative. And if you love cats then you'll definitely love Khaosan, the fat housecat who's gonna show you the art of enjoying life to the fullest. The only minor inconvenience is the fact that there's only one toilet and one shower per level. And on the level I was staying at, it is a mixed room with 10 people occupancy. So a few times I had to wait in line. Though you can easily climb up and use the facilities on the floor(s) above. And just my luck, I happened to stay in a room full of loud snorers ? but I guess that's the risk of staying in hostels, nothing anyone can do about it.

the hostel location is really near to ratchatewi station. also near to pratunam & platunam, the staff is very humble, all the area is very clean. also the Khaosan cat is really cute.

Place is very good! Nearby the lift of BRT. Clean and comfortable. WiFi at 2F can only connect but no internet, told to the front desk to restart AP, but the first one said it’s impossible to restart, however, the next day told to other front desk, she said “ok I’ll restart soon” and the internet of WiFi worked

Bathroom and toilet are separated and it’s very clean and comfortable for users. When you have a big baggage, you need to take it by using only stairs.

Breakfast is light and just right. Location is near bts so the hostel is not hard to locate.
