Breakfast is the highlight of our stay, with good selections. We hope the refurbishment continues and leads to significant improvements, as we have enjoyed staying here in the past and would like to return in the future. The front desk staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and seemed to do only the bare minimum to assist guests. Our room was quite outdated. While it appears the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, the room we were initially assigned had clearly not been updated. After checking in, we had to request a room change because the first room was unacceptable. It had no view, smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke, and the carpet was worn and dirty. It looked as though it had been unoccupied for a long time. We were especially disappointed because we've stayed at this hotel before and had hoped our previous visits would be reflected in the room we were allocated. To the hotel's credit, they did move us to another room, which was an improvement. However, it was still dated and fell short of our expectations.

Great breakfast and room No stationery, not even a pen. They used to have BTS maps. I prefer the old breakfast room and lobby. Bit too new age now for me

The location of the property was absolutely awesome and a big part of why I booked it. The staff are top notch. The first room that I got the cleanliness was not the best and it was definitely outdated. I slept the first night in this room and the bed was so hard that we could not possibly continue to stay. If you’re looking for a soft comfortable bed, this is not the hotel.
