Very quiet, clean. Location is great. Central of Thailand. Staff was very active and behaved well. Difficult to identify lawfully. Large property but lift is limited .

The hotel was at a very central location for tourists. The rooms were a bit outdated but very spacious and clean. A and Boy from the cafe staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly!

There isn’t a wardrobe to put my clothes in, so every time I have to place my suitcase on the bed just to change my clothes.

The room was smaller than I thought but overall, still acceptable. Nothing actually though I was surprised that the balcony door was locked.

The staff was amazing, especially in the restaurant and front desk The room could use a makeover. The air conditioner was blowing an odd smell. Maybe the filter needed changing. The towels had stains or were dirty from the start.

Everything here felt great. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was really polite and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with a huge variety of options!

Very slow elevators, slow wifi and the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent when turning on the hot water. Don’t get what you pay for in that regard.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff were warm, accommodating, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is very convenient, especially for exploring the Siam area, and the property itself has a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, especially the pool area, were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. One thing I noticed was the inconsistency between rooms—some felt newer and more updated, while others seemed a bit older. It would be great to have a more uniform standard across all rooms to match the overall quality of the property.
