Siam Nitra Boutique Hotel

Lovely little hotel - Excellent location, very short walk to MBK center & the train line. Nestled next to a bud shop & craft beer spot. Room was large & clean, nice very small outdoor area. Beds were comfortable, best pillows in Thailand & best shower pressure! Great breakfast stops near by plenty of street food. No pool - which I thought Id miss but did not at all! very close to ferry stop on the canals We didnt really mind but it was bottom floor so you did get a bit of a sewerage smell in the bathroom & you can't flush your TP, but thats Thailand! We booked a family room for less than 100 AUD per night so we were not complaining! very good & regular house keeping - wasn't a big deal for us!

Everything! The room was nice, the staff was very accommodating, and the location is close to public transportation. We were even allowed an early check-in as we were changing rooms, and we found the room squeaky clean! The main hotel door also only opens with a code they provide their guests with; making it safer as the staff doesn’t stay 24/7 at their desk. No lift, but we got help from the staff each time we needed to move our luggage

Eveything! The staff is so nice and helpful. They made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. They managed room changes pretty smoothly too, making us feel comfortable in between. They don’t have a lift, but the staff made sure to help each time we had to move our heavy luggage

the hotel was close to the train station, close to MBK shopping mall, room and toilet is very spacious, met a very helpful staff member who was able to give us advice and could speak English. Amenities are complete - towels, hairdryer, shampoo etc. Located right next to a local Thai stall that served quite good food. 711 available just walking distance. Able to check in very easily. There was an extremely strong smell of weed as soon as you enter the hotel. Saw a huge cockroach in my room on the second day, luckily there was a bottle of insect repellant prepared by the hotel. I would've fainted if the repellant wasn't available. Good that the repellant was well prepared in advanced in this situation.

Clean and spacious None

Location: right next to shopping venues (Siam Square, MBK, Central World), public transport serviced by the LRT so it was really easy to navigate the city from the hotel. Bed: the bed was probably the most comfortable I'd stayed in comparable to a five star hotel! The sheets were also extremely clean, everything just looked really fresh. Bathroom: the shower pressure was excellent and hot water was plenty and got hot quickly. Also appreciated that the sink was outside the main shower actually, it made getting ready with my partner easy. Connectivity: the wifi was really fast and reliable. I didn't use it for very large tasks but movies never lagged. If I was staying for longer I would've preferred to have a small desk though with the number of cafes around it's not a huge issue but I think if I was to work long days, a desk would be a nice addition. I didn't find a safe in the room so I was a little concerned about my belongings when I went out.

The commute to big malls

Weed shop below so the whole lobby smells like ganja. If you smoke than is no problem

It doesn’t have an elevator, at least the building is only 2 floors so it not that issue but with heavy suitcases its not ideal. noise from the nearby rooms, from outside and you can literally hear even footsteps from nearby rooms.

Quite convenient to travel to BTS station and airport link train to BKK airport. As it was on the main road in Bangkok, you can easily hear traffic noise.

Room No.

There were so many weird smells in the bathroom. The shower smelled like sewer water while the near the toilet smelled like cigarettes. Also the place is more like an airbnb than a hotel.

There is no reception at all there were people inside bar drinking and singing to midnight and they said it’s their own place and no one allow to enter or talk to them!!!

location was very accessible to the city center so the major areas were walkable. Easy to find convenience stores around for quick supply runs had to wait a while for answers to my queries as there was no receptionist present. The room didn't quite appear as advertised. Unfortunately, there was also a big cockroach on the headboard on my last night. It was also quite noisy in the evening. I suppose thats what the earplugs were for. There was also no grooming kit available. a toothbrush and toothpaste would have been better

Very slow communication to manager, no other problems

Staff is only about an hour a day in the hotel, so you can't ask for anything. It started when I tried to get another blanket for the first night, but because there was no staff, I had to wait for the next day. But for some reason they wanted 300 baht for it?!? But the worst thing is that the bathroom had a molded box which made going in there unbearable. After talking with the staff, we were told the room would be cleaned the next day, but the bathroom still had very strong mold smell when we came back. The staff denied the smell of course. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Not worth the bad experience.

Ac didn't work the first night. The shower doesn't drain. Cockroach in the room. Nobody in the hotel to assist at all. Rooms not cleaned for 3 nights. Water heater works for 5 second and then cold water for 10 sec. And cycle repeats

The location! So close to MBK + Siam Center and BTS Ratchatewi Staff is not friendly enough
