The property had cold air conditioning in the rooms and the rooms were clean. The hotel is a 6-7 minute walk from the BTS and the MRT. I found the deposit system to be a little strange. First they asked for 1000 baht cash. I don’t carry cash as the places K frequent all take credit cards. So they asked me to leave my passport and retrieve it on checkout. It needs to say deposit required on the booking so guests can be informed to prepare beforehand. I have stayed at other main brand hotels in Bangkok and they don’t require a cash deposit. The other main issue is that some staff members just stare at you. You are customer service staff, say hello or Sawadee Khap or just don’t look at people. It’s rude to stare especially if you are door staff. Not everyone was like this. Several female staff members were nice and had great customer service.

Excellent staff - gracious and accommodating. Our room was sparkling clean and well appointed. Easy walking distance to shopping, sites, the Skytrain, and metro. We often used the water taxi that runs in the canal behind the hotel. Overall a comfortable and mostly enjoyable stay. We were assigned to a room facing the “courtyard”, which is a misnomer. The room faced an indoor atrium that is so narrow I could almost reach out and touch the balcony across from us. The light coming through the narrow skylight is very dim. Our only natural light came from this space. It felt like being in a cave. I encourage guests to book an exterior room where you will actually see some sunshine.

They charge us for extra bed but they just open a sofa bed which was already in the room

The location is very nice but needs to walk to the nearby malls which is something to consider if you have elderly parents with you. The hotel is noisy. It seems that there is no walls isolation. I could hear everything in the corridor. Reception staff needs more training to work under pressure. Rooms have no idea on machines. We had to order two times. The tap water has no hot water. The shower has little hot water (not hot enough to enjoy a warm bath).

Next to train and boat station Had issues with access card first and second nights, complained the first night but nothing was done. Only on second night, after showing video of issue, battery was changed

The location.And I love their bedding and linen. It was great and clean. There has no wardrobe inside the room but only standing cloth racks. The toilet smell is very badly polluted in the bathroom. It would better put deodorant.

I love how convenient the location is from the BTS. The room is spacious, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, perfect after a 20ksteps/day kind of tour. Everything was spotless. The bidet had a leak, and the safe wasn’t usable as it hadn’t been reset to the default code. We didn’t get to inform the FO because our schedule was packed. It was just a minor inconvenience.

The hotel feels new, the room we got was spacious with two queen beds, smart TV, and squeaky clean room and toilet All amenities are provided such as mini bar, mini fridge and toiletries The beds were very very comfy All the staff were nice and helpful and they stored our luggage for us after the check out since our flight was late The hotel is located in a the middle of the shopping malls area yet it’s away from all the busy roads, 7 eleven and the rest of malls are just a walkway from the hotel The room wasn’t soundproof but that didn’t affect us since it’s already in a quite area and no one made loud noises in the corridor The only downside there was no hot water for the shower
