I like the hotel because of its accessibility to the BTS and very convenient bec. there's an atm machine inside the hotel and a 7 eleven for anything you need. The breakfast even though it is a buffet,its like the selection is not really complete esp. the viands.

Location is perfect, just a stairs to the skytrain. You have to switch 2 elevators to access the room.

Great location, nice view from high floors. Clean and everything needed is there. Hot water was lukewarm even if turned on as hot only. Air conditioner was loud.

Reception can be more pleasant and friendly, is first point of contact with hotel so is important to have right staffs at check in counter Is a no thrill hotel, modern and clean, we have a excellent view in our room which is a plus for stay, Great location centrally located Bell desk Joke is excellent, helpful and friendly, need more staffs like this in hotel Reception staffs

Great central location near BTS and Siam area. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Good value for money for Bangkok. The room size was a bit small and soundproofing could be better. Breakfast options were limited during peak hours.
