My go-to hotel everytime I’m in Bangkok. -

Everything was clean, close to all the malls. Nice pool.

The space was done well - complete with a pool, gym, art space, library nook (vert well use of space from an empty wall). The location is really in the middle of the whole Siam Area (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, MBK wtih Dongki, a homey massage spa, a really good italian restaurant with brick oven pizza open til 12mn. The room is spacious and there is a simple cafe that serves all day dining. Water is refilled daily in the room, the shower works very well. Its a hotel with taste, not fancy but really nice and value for money. Their cafe and restaurant staff can improve a bit, by being maybe a little nicer. Or maybe because i looked like them coz im filipina , they speak thai to me or they dont know that much english and can be rude sometimes or discriminating? I just was not that happy w them compared to the hotel lobby staff and the cleaning team.

I had a great experience staying at Reno Hotel Bangkok. As soon as we entered, the hotel smelled fresh and welcoming. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to check in early at 12 noon without any additional charge. The security guard outside was also very helpful, he always assisted me with my belongings whenever I arrived. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Nothing significant. Everything during my stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The place was kept clean and staff were very respectful. Location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, shopping, massages, and street food. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly! Nothing really, except maybe for the lack of hand soap in the bathroom.

The rooms were well decorated and the complimentary daily water was definitely appreciated. Beds were very comfortable. The location was also ideal as it was a quick walk from multiple malls and subway stations Wish there was an iron to use for free but can’t be too picky.

Location . Staff in the front deck. They want to help guest. No staff to take our bags. No late check out. The clean of room not perfect especially under the beds.

I had a new stainless steel tray left behind when I was doing my packing on 9 Jan. It is quite big and cannot missed it. Item was not in the room even on departure date. I realized only upon my return home.therefore, impression is not so good for staff honesty.

Location! Clean, fresh, modern look. Very decent for the price. The wifi was really bad. We gave up and just used our e-sims because we had no wifi connection. The hot water was also not enough. You have to make a quick shower or else it runs out. We were a family of 4 and had to take turns to shower because the water goes cold within minutes.

Great location and good value for money. The staff were not welcoming or friendly, no iron was provided, and guests have to carry their luggage by themselves.
