I liked location restturant staff was so kind helpful and hotel is so quiet from inside and also surrounding was quite Reception staff not helpful the taxi driver better than them in term of information about bangkok...also I stayed in suite seventh floor the internet keep disconnecting alot ..finally no coffe machine in the room.and room service is until 10:30 pm only

Great hotel! Professional staff, clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance to MRT, MBK, Siam Discovery/Paragon & 7 Eleven. Nice gym.

The hotel itself was good overall, and the stay in Bangkok was pleasant. However, the checkout experience was very disappointing and felt unprofessional. After we checked out, the staff entered the room to check the minibar and then claimed that an item was missing, even though it was not there in the first place. They also questioned us about a laundry bag, as if we had taken it, which felt very cheap and inappropriate for a hotel at this level and room rate. This situation was unnecessary and uncomfortable. After some discussion, they eventually said there was no issue and allowed us to leave, but the way it was handled left a very poor impression. A hotel of this standard should manage checkout procedures in a more respectful and professional way, without making guests feel accused over minor items like a laundry bag. Very clean, got all you need, nice location, spacious shower, very good staff for me personally pillows vere not comfy, and i left the bed with horrible back pain both nights, cause the mattress is really soft, and i slept without pillows. so if you prefer more firm beds because of a back pain, keep that in mind.
