It's safer for Mercure customers as need to up on 9th fl. & transfer by another elevator to up to your room ! The room is a lot bigger than the twin ibis that I've ever stayed. The bathroom & shower area made it even difference as it's huge comparing to ibis rooms. The beds are comfy & the air conditioning is quiet same as ibis. The view was great as you will stay on a higher floor above those ibis rooms. The breakfast nowadays (I haven't been back for like 1.5 years) is really good, they've a separate Fidge for Salad, yogurt and fruits. Many to choose from including one Indian dish each day & Chinese steamed buns, I'm sure that you would love this hotel's breakfast. The parking spaces are limited so you should avoid coming on long weekends. There's one EV charging slot though. I booked through Booking.com for a twin room, but only double rooms available at the time of check-in. The reception told me that the system would automatically book for a double room if twin rooms were filled, we should call prior to arriving to check if twin rooms are available. Anyway I managed to ask changing to a room at Mercure instead through the recommendation from the reception on a special price, thanks very much. One thing that I'd like to recommend the hotel to change is that The Badge putting in front of the room asking for cleaning the room was kind of weird. The sign & color somehow made us confuse & on our last day, we put on the side "Not to disturb" instead of "Pls. make up room". At night we came back tired & notice that we made the mistake
